As part of my artist residency at Lions Park, I hosted Drawing with the Rain Garden sessions. This was an open-studio session, where participants were able to come and go as they please, and draw with the newly established rain garden. There were basic art materials, blank paper, and two different colouring page designs of plants from the rain garden. It was a more relaxed workshop that involved sitting around the garden, which allowed for more inclusivity and accessibility.
